1. P. Walker Travel & Tours, Inc., Transportation of Minors During Prom & Special Events

 

1. P. Walker Travel & Tours, Inc., will not transport minors under the legal age of 21 without the consent of the parents or legal guardian(s). Minors are not allowed to use any kind tobacco products this includes vaping, e-cigarettes, pipes, illegal drugs, needles etc. Under -age consumption of alcohol is also strictly prohibited by law and our company policies.

 

 If there is any evidence of illegal drugs, alcohol, or weapons, are found in the Limousine(s)/ Limousine Bus, or Coach-Bus, during the rental, the rental/charter-trip will be terminated with out any type of refund or compensation. This record shall be kept on file with limousine agreement and remain as such until.

 

Parents and/or legal guardians will be contacted, and the minors will be taken into a law enforcement office/precinct. P. Walker Travel & Tours, Inc., will not transport minors that are intoxicated, anyone under the age of 21 that’s in the Limousine/Limousine Bus, or Coach-Bus will need to sign this form.

 

1. P. Walker Travel & Tours, Inc., will not be held liable for the actions of any minor(s) outside the vehicle(s) at any point or time during the rental/charter-trip. Please note that at any time P.W.T.T., reserves the right to cancel the rental/charter-trip if we experience problems with the minors use of the following drinking, drugs, wild behaviors and gestures, weapons, or disrespect to the operator/driver. Any and all monies will not be refunded and no compensation if the minor(s) break the rules of the Limousine/Limo Bus and or Coach-Bus while on charter-trip/run.
